Our Catalogue

Coconut & coir products, supplied from Kerala

Six products from the same coconut: the pith and fibre from the husk, the shell and the charcoal made from it, and the kernel as copra and oil. Each page below carries the typical specification, packing and container loading, HS code and the questions buyers usually ask before placing a first order. There is no minimum order — we supply buyers across India by road and export worldwide from Cochin, in whatever quantity you need.

How we supply

Direct sourcing

Bought from the farmers and processors we have worked with in the Malappuram belt, not through a chain of middlemen.

Checked before dispatch

Moisture, impurity and grade are verified at processing and again before loading, with third-party inspection where you need it.

Any quantity

No minimum order. A few bags for a local grower or repeat container loads for an importer — both are quoted the same way.

Documentation handled

Invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin as standard; phytosanitary, fumigation and lab certificates where required.

Buying from Keraline

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We quote single bags and part loads just as readily as full containers — a nursery buying a few hundred kilos and an importer taking a 40ft container are both worth our time. Tell us the quantity and we will price it.

Do you supply within India as well as export?

Yes. Domestic orders are dispatched by road from Malappuram, Kerala, on a GST invoice. Export consignments load at Cochin (Kochi), with Tuticorin arranged where sailing schedules favour it.

What payment terms do you work on?

Within India, bank transfer or UPI against a proforma invoice. For export, 30% advance by TT with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading, or an irrevocable LC at sight on larger consignments.

Can you supply against our own specification?

Yes. Send your specification sheet with the grade, packing and quantity, and we will confirm what we can meet before quoting rather than after.
